Status of the app

Spunly is not released yet. Features, prices and availability described on this site are our current plan and may change before launch. The binding price is the one shown at checkout (in the Mac App Store or on spunly.app) at the moment of purchase.

Purchases

Spunly is sold two ways. In the Mac App Store, Apple sells it and handles downloads, in-app purchases and refunds under the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and Apple’s licensed application end user license agreement.

On spunly.app, our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our website orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns; Paddle’s buyer terms apply to the purchase.

A website purchase gives you a personal license key for Spunly Pro. It has no expiry, needs no subscription and works on all Macs you personally use. Please don’t share it publicly. Refunds: see the refund policy.

Using the app

Speech recognition can make mistakes. Check the text before sending anything important, especially with auto-Enter turned on.

If you enable AI cleanup, you are responsible for your account and API key with the provider you choose, and for complying with that provider’s terms.

Liability

The website is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, KERNEXIT S.R.L. is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the site or the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the law that applies to you.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Moldova, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
